Get matched with a mentor for individual support

Support from someone who's been there

Receive around 1 hour of support every week with no limit to how long you can access the program for. Return at any time.
Available to those 17+ in most Canadian provinces. Talking with someone who has recovered from an eating disorder can be very helpful. Our Peer Mentors understand because they've been there. Our confidential Mentoring Program provides tailored, informal and non-judgmental support from someone who has recovered from an eating disorder and completed in-depth training.

Please note: Peer support isn't a substitute for treatment or counselling, and Mentors aren't therapists.
