Join us as we virtually support each other in a casual, relaxed, and open environment. 

The 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month
7:00pm - 8:15pm Atlantic Time

Each session, our conversation will be facilitated by one of our trained Peer Mentors. These group discussions will be open and casual with no structured agenda.
Here’s an idea of some topics that often come up in discussion:

  • Self-compassion   
  • Diet culture   
  • Goal setting
  • Mindfulness   
  • The ED voice   
  • Successes and challenges of recovery   
  • Self-care   
  • Coping strategies   
  • Connecting to other resources
